GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

  1. All appointments require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposit value differs per artist and/or treatment. Each deposit will contribute to the total cost of the appointment.

  2. All appointments require a booking including full name, email address and phone number. 

  3. Appointment dates will only be confirmed once a deposit has been received.

  4. Deposits are non-refundable.

  5. Deposits are non-transferrable across multiple appointments or different clients and/or treatments.

  6. Quotes for tattoo appointments are given as an approximate length of time. Any subsequent appointments required will be charged accordingly.

  7. Each staff member dictates their own pricing for treatments and minimum charges.

  8. Each staff member has their own policy for cancellations, reschedules and missed appointments.

  9. All staff members at Debut Studios work on a self employed basis therefore Debut Studios is exempt of liability for matters regarding individual staff members and service.

  10. Debut Studios reserves the right to cancel or move any appointment/s or refuse custom to any client/s. 

GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Gift Vouchers are non refundable.

  2. Appointment must be booked within 3 months of purchase of the Gift Voucher.

  3. Gift  Vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. 

  4. No change can be given from a Gift Voucher.

  5. A deposit is required for all bookings, separate to the cost of the Gift Voucher.

  6. Please make the member of staff aware you are in possession of a Gift Voucher before booking.

  7. Gift Vouchers must be brought on the day of the appointment and presented to the member of staff.

  8. Lost Gift Vouchers or inability to provide evidence of purchase will mean your Gift Voucher will not be honoured.
