TERMS & CONDITIONS

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Deposit value differs per artist and/or treatment. Each deposit will contribute to the total cost of the appointment.

All appointments require a full name, email address and phone number to complete the booking.

 

Our booking system requires clients to confirm their booking with their card details.

​

Appointment dates will only be confirmed once a deposit has been received.

​

Deposits are non-transferrable across multiple appointments or different clients and/or treatments.

​

Quotes for tattoo appointments are given as an approximate length of time and may change. Any subsequent appointments required will be charged accordingly.

​

All staff members at Debut Studios work on a self-employed basis therefore Debut Studios is exempt of liability for matters regarding individual staff members and service.

​

Debut Studios reserves the right to cancel or move any appointment/s or refuse custom to any client/s.

​

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the total cost of appointment. Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours or no-showed will be charged at 100% of the cost of appointment. Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment.

When booking a course of laser treatment, payment is required in full, upfront. If a booked session is missed, canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours, the session will be taken off the course.

 

Laser courses are non-refundable.

GIFT VOUCHERS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift Vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase. 

​

No change can be given from Gift Vouchers. 

​

Gift Vouchers must be provided at the time of booking and must be physically shown at appointment.

​

Lost Gift Vouchers or inability to provide evidence of purchase will mean Gift Vouchers will not be honoured.

MASTERCLASS -  TERMS & CONDITIONS

All masterclass bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Each deposit will contribute to the total cost of the course. 

 

All masterclass bookings require a full name, email address and phone number. Our booking system requires attendees to confirm the course booking with their card details. 

 

Masterclass dates will only be confirmed once a deposit has been received.

 

Deposits are non-transferrable across bookings or attendees. Courses cannot be rescheduled. 

​

Masterclasses cancelled within 72 hours will be subject to a 25% fee of the total cost of the course on top of the non-refundable deposit. Courses cancelled within 24 hours or no-showed will be charged at 50% of the booking on top of the non-refundable deposit.
